RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- IF YOU'VE RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE ORDER, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER - THE SAME APPLIES FOR EXCHANGES/REFUNDS.
- IF WE SENT YOU THE WRONG ITEM ACCIDENTALLY, ALTHOUGH NOT COMMON, WE WILL CORRECT IT FOR YOU RIGHT AWAY. THE SAME APPLIES IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN YOU SHIP IT BACK TO US FOR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE.
- WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR, DAMAGE, ETC.
- IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND FOR WHATEVER REASON, CONTACT US AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE IT RIGHT. YOU WOULD SIMPLY PAY THE SHIPPING BACK TO US.
PAYMENTS
- IF YOU'VE PLACED AN ORDER YET IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH, YOU MAY SEE A TEMPORARY HOLD PLACED BY YOUR BANK ON YOUR CARD. IT CAN TAKE UP TO SEVEN DAYS FOR THE BANK TO RELEASE THE HOLD ON YOUR CARD. IN THESE RARE CASES, WE WILL HAVE VOIDED THE SALE AND HAVE NOT ACCEPTED PAYMENT. ONCE THE PAYMENT IS DECLINED, IT IS NO LONGER IN OUR CONTROL - CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CARD PROVIDER.
- ALL PAYMENTS ARE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE - EVEN FOR EXTENDED PRE ORDER PERIODS, OR BACK ORDERED ITEMS.
- IF YOUR BILLING ADDRESS DOESN'T MATCH THE CARD BEING USED, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. YOUR CARD MAY ALSO BE DECLINED FOR LACK OF AVAILABLE FUNDS OR TOO MANY TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR CARD.
